THE MURDERER(S) OF
Charles Elbert Jackson
On August 12, 1982, the
body of a male subject, Charles Jackson, was found in the Rio Grande, near 900 Tingley,
SW. Witnesses were wading in the river when they found the body. The body was
clad with white, muscle type, t-shirt, white jockey type shorts, and one black sock on the
right foot. There were no identification on the body. Death was caused by
