THE MURDERER(S) OF


Steven A. Montano
Albuquerque, NM
Case# 78-048117

On August 27, 1978, officers were dispatched to 1206 Coal SW.  The victim was found laying face down approximately 126 feet west of 12th street.  A possible bullet wound was found in the lower left back with no apparent exit wound.  A wrench was found in the victim's pocket.  A nearby car was parked on 12th Street SW unlocked, with the window down and a box of tools in the back seat.  The car had not been moved for days.
