Preliminary Hearing to establish if probable cause exists to bind defendant over to
District Court.
4. Arraignment and formal
charge in District Court and review of bond conditions.
5. Formal pretrial motions
and hearings.
6. Pre-Trial Conference.
7. Jury Trial or plea by
defendant.
8. Sentencing Hearing.
9. Appeals if filed.
