WANTED!
THE MURDERER(S) OF

Edgar Morales

Albuquerque, NM
Case# 79-078606

On Christmas morning, at approximately 0100 hours (1:00 a.m.), Blanca Morales was standing next to her stove stirring Menudo, at 915 Walter SE, Apartment C, she was holding her baby in her right arm.   Her boyfriend, Victor Giron, was sitting on the couch against the east wall of the living room drinking a can of beer.  A load explosion was heard (shotgun blast) coming from the south kitchen window.  The baby was struck with the brunt of the shotgun blast.  Blanca Morales was also hit in the face and arm.  She yelled to her boyfriend, Victor, to shut the lights off to avoid getting shot again.  In a few seconds Blanca realized that her baby was shot and Victor ran to one of their friend's house, Elmer Padilla, who lives on Edith.  Padilla drove Victor, Blanca, and the baby to Presbyterian Hospital.  The baby was pronounced dead at 0230 hours (2:30 a.m.) after efforts to revive the baby failed.
